1/31/2010 New Executive Board Position Dave Walker has been named Vice President - Ontario, by the Region 19 Executive Board.  The new position of Vice President Ontario will soon be added to our Region 19 By-Laws.  Once the By-Laws are voted on, the new executive board position will be open for election.  For those of you that do not know Dave, he has been a member of the USPCA for over 24 years and has trained and judged police dogs in both the United States and Canada.  He has always volunteered his services and time to help members who may need assistance with problem solving with their K9 partners.  The Vice President - Ontario position will help promote the USPCA in Ontario and schedule meetings, trials and training seminars to be held in Ontario.  If you have any questions for Dave or would like to schedule an event in Ontario, please contact VP Ontario Dave Walker for assistance.  .
